Count logger module.

This system has been developped to monitor production units. It also counts the units produced, so no manual counting is necessary. The count logger is based on the domotic modules (home control), that have already proven their reliability. Via implementation of existing functionalities and by adding new project related features a system has been developed that detects real-time pulses and adds a timestamp to it. This information is stored tempory and can be retrieved via serial communication link to be used in a PC application.

Features : 

- pulses by diverse tensionless contacts and sensors possible (reed relays, magnetcontact,..)

- real-time and edge sensitive sampling of the inputs ( up to 25 Hz )

- timestamp with hour,minute, second and eventually the full date.

- relative measurement of periods in 1/100th seconds.

- up to 64 inputs.

- 32 bit counters that count the total number of pulses for each individual input ( > 4.000.000.000 )

- communication interface to set parameters, time, date, read out the acquisition and to initialise the system.

- ActiveX component (Windows PC) available for easy access to the logger. Via simple interface functions you can read out the acquisition in user friendly numbers, without conversion via function calls or via events.

- internal memory can buffer during sufficient time for the case the PC is not connected.
